Finding the Beauty in Everyday Life

It is with great pleasure that I get the opportunity to make art for people to enjoy in their homes. I love sharing my view of this amazing world in which we live in and finding the beauty in everyday life through photography.

I feel most inspired when I am exploring the great outdoors, whether that is urban nature or the-middle-of-nowhere nature. My photographs reflect this with natural lighting and a view of the details that make up our world.

I am proud to say that my fine art work was included in a curated exhibit by the Chicago Mayoral Office and is regularly licensed for commercial marketing programs.

Since receiving that first camera for my seventh birthday I have loved photographing the beauty around me in our amazing word. I have studied in classrooms, workshops and independently. I am continually working on my craft and refining my mastery of photography skills. I regularly take on personal projects to stretch myself creatively and technically.

My family includes two sweet, adorable toddlers and a handsome husband. I practice the art of catching portraits of fast-moving kiddos with my very active son and daughter. I love calling New York City home.

In addition to my photography and family, I love to practice yoga, run, and read. Adventures make me feel alive—I love to travel and explore new places. A good cup of coffee makes me happy.
